I'm a senior software engineer who embeds with teams, learns how their work actually runs, and builds software shaped around it. I've spent 10+ years doing that across Hong Kong and Toronto.

I care about the part after the demo: making software safe, configurable and maintainable so the people using it can rely on it and change it as their work changes.

How I work

• Listen. Sit with the people doing the work before proposing anything.
• Map workflow. Write down how work really flows, including the exceptions.
• Build to fit. Shape the software around that workflow, and make it configurable where it will change.
• Hand over. Leave it documented, observable and ready for others to own.
